No Medication
- Kelly- We have had the best seizure control when Kelly was completely medicine free (no seizure medicine or any thing else). For many this is not an option. Our girls are for the most part very different and I do not recommend doing this to any one. Each of our girls are different and the parents and doctors should judge if this would be an option for each girl on an individual basis. For Kelly it was, at the time, the best thing. She went eight months seizure free. Now with all her hormonal changes I think she needs her medicine.
- Tory- Reading back through everyones posts I was starting to think that I would have less to offer to the list than some, especally in regards to seizure medications and what works or doesn't work! I think though, that I can offer a different alternative perspective in that Tory isn't on any medications for siezure control and hasn't been since she was 1 1/2 years old.
