My Current Medical Condition/Seizures/Meds
I am in great health. Overall I tend to be congested quite a bit. Seizures average 3-4 spasms daily, approximately 10 minutes in length. This is down from 10 spasms daily averaging 20 minutes in length. Yea me!
A Little Bit About Me
Look What I Can Do:
I smile; ride my pony (with lots of help); kick when excited. I even complain when mom washes my face. I dance with help from mom. I love to watch Wiggles and Maisy. I bowl at school and have a 109 average. That's better than my Mom and Dad.
My Favorite Things Are:
Mom; Dad; Gram; Gramps; brother; music; sunny, breezy days; the Wiggles Videos; and when my mom helps me dance.
My Least Favorite Things Are:
I hate seizures; face washing; teeth and hair brushing; and getting blood drawn.
Toys That I Find Stimulating and Learn From Are:
The school computer; my fish light; I'm not big on toys.
Therapies I Receive:
OT/PT at school and I ride my pony at O.A.T.S (Offering Alternative Therapy with Smiles), whenever I can.
I Currently Attend This School/Daycare:
Kingsley/Montgomery School I will start at Matzke in the fall after I turn 3!
Goals I Am Working Towards:
Hitting my switch to listen to music. I am still working hard on rolling and head lifting.
A Typical Day for Me Includes:
Wake up; go to school and play with my friends; I get PT/OT or gym every day; Mom and Blaine pick me up 2-3 times each week to go to Uncle Frank--He is our chiropractor. Then we go home to play and stretch. When daddy gets home we all have dinner together; then we all snuggle on the floor and watch TV or just kiss and fall asleep.
Something Else Id Like to Add:
I am a very lucky girl and get to spend a lot fo time with Grama and Grampa. Grampa makes me crazy! I love when I meet new people and I especially love with I can meet my "sisters!" I can't wait to see you all in July.
